CIA release photograph of Terror puppet master

The FBI has issued a mug-shot of a man they believe may have be coordinating terrorist activities in the Middle East. Special Agent Felix Heffer, a photographic expert with the CIA, commented on the man, who is seen supporting a fez, the traditional headwear of Moroccan radical waiters: ‘the suspect is clearly put out to have been photographed. The fact that he is smoking a large cigar suggests he is celebrating. What we want to know is what?’.

The FBI maintains the photograph was taken in Iran, and would not rule out a carpet-bombing campaign to eradicate this ‘potential loose cannon'.
